Every way the plan pays — people, points and dollars, by level and total

Core 4 through Power of 7, five levels deep. Each row shows the people added (this level and running total), the points they generate, and the payout those points produce at $1.80/point — then the Actual $/mo column shows the real income after the paid-rank point cap. This is the architecture, not a forecast.

Assumptions 100+ PV points/person 6·5·5·4·3 point value $1.80 pools at $341M CV (est.) balanced legs, full geometric fill

How to read this — honestly

Every figure is full geometric fill — the ceiling the structure allows, not a promised outcome (real teams decay far below it; average ambassador $544/yr). People and Points are counts; Payout is those points × $1.80; the total columns are cumulative down the org. Car and pool bonuses switch on at Emerald and above.

Your paid rank caps point income at the next rank's minimum — so at widths 4, 5, 6 the geometric running totals overstate what you're actually paid. Where the cap bites, the Points Total, Payout Total and All-streams figures are struck through, and the true monthly income is shown in the Actual $/mo column just before the rank. Only Power of 7 (Diamond) is uncapped — there the geometry is the real number. The depth-independent streams (one-time, retail, new-customer) are in The other ways Plexus pays.

$8,136 geometric — not realized (capped) $1,350 Actual take-home after the cap = fully realized (Actual = All-streams)

The 7 ways Plexus pays

The plan pays through seven income streams. Three scale with your organization and appear in the tables below: (1) Plexus Points — the monthly engine, paid 1–7 levels deep by rank; (2) the Car / Lifestyle Bonus — a flat monthly bonus from Emerald up; and (3) the Leadership Pools — a share of company volume across the Emerald, Sapphire and Diamond pools. Four more don't scale with depth and are summarized in The other ways Plexus pays below the tables: (4) the one-time Rank Achievement Bonus, (5) Retail Rewards Commission on your own customers, (6) the weekly Business Building Bonus on new customers, and (7) Diamond Re-Entry — a second position that can double your point income.

The geometric payout climbs to $8,136/mo, but Ruby caps point income at Senior Ruby's 750 points → $1,350/mo — the real ceiling (the Actual column). With only 4 personal directs you can never rank past Ruby, so no added depth breaks through. No car or pools below Emerald. Plus $1,350 one-time.

Geometric payout reaches $22,779/mo, but Senior Ruby caps points at Emerald's 1,500 → $2,700/mo (the Actual column). Five directs can't reach Emerald (needs 6), so it stalls here. Unlocks the 7th pay level; still no car or pools. Plus $2,100 one-time.

Real ceiling
The Points/Payout totals are geometric. In reality Sapphire caps points at Diamond's 4,500 → $8,100/mo; add the $750 car and $4,025 pools (both real, not struck) for a realized ceiling of $12,875/mo — the Actual column. Six directs can't reach Diamond (needs 7). Org clears 6,000 points, so Re-Entry is available. Plus $2,100 one-time.

No cap
Diamond is the top rank — no point cap, so the geometric payout is fully realized (nothing struck; Actual = All-streams): $120,664/mo at full 5-deep fill, and Diamond Re-Entry can double the points again. A geometric ceiling — real, decaying fill lands well below — but only here is the ceiling itself unlocked.

Rank bonuses on this chart

Beyond the monthly streams in the tables, each build earns a one-time Rank Achievement Bonus — cumulative cash paid once as you pass each rank (Silver $100 → Sr Gold $850 → Ruby $1,350 → Sr Ruby and up $2,100). By build: Power of 4 → Ruby = $1,350 · Power of 5 → Sr Ruby = $2,100 · Power of 6 → Sapphire = $2,100 · Power of 7 → Diamond = $2,100. (Sr Ruby is the last rank carrying a one-time bonus.) The rank-gated Car ($600 Emerald / $750 Sapphire / $1,200 Diamond) and pools switch on at Emerald and above and are already included in the tables.

The other ways Plexus pays

Four streams don't scale with downline depth, so they aren't in the per-level tables — but they're real money on top. The tables already include monthly points, the car bonus, and the Emerald / Sapphire / Diamond pools.

One-time Rank Achievement Bonus

A one-time cash award as you pass each rank, cumulative: Silver $100 → Sr Gold $850 → Ruby $1,350 → Sr Ruby and up $2,100. Paid once. Power of 4 = $1,350; Power of 5/6/7 = $2,100.

Ongoing Retail Rewards Commission

On your own customers: 15% of your personal PV from 101–499, 25% at 500+ (above your first 100 PV). Independent of depth.

Weekly Business Building Bonus

20% of each new VIP customer's first 100+ PV order, paid weekly. Rewards new-customer flow at any level.

Diamond Re-Entry

At 6,000 org points you earn a second position — up to double the point stream. Reached by Power of 7, and cleared by Power of 6 as well.

The honest ceiling, side by side

The tables above show the geometric payout; these are the real all-streams ceilings after the paid-rank point cap (the Actual column) — the wall each width runs into. Only Power of 7 removes it.

Why 7 is the line

Widths 4–6 hit a hard point-income wall — each stuck a rank below the next gate (Ruby / Sr Ruby / Sapphire) because rank needs personal directs, not just depth. The 7th direct clears the Diamond gate, removes the cap, and turns on the full car + pool stack.

Full fill never happens

A 5-deep Power-of-7 org is 19,607 people. These are geometry; real teams thin into a decaying arc far below these rows.

The real distribution

Average ambassador $544/yr; top 10% $5,081; top 1% $37,553/yr. Gross, before expenses. No income guarantees.
